This is a one-time credit top-up, with no subscription or auto-renewal. Credits are valid for 365 days and shared by Video and Image.
How do reservations and final charges differ?
Review the quote for your inputs and settings before submission. Credits are reserved, then settled against task usage; unused credits are returned. Example counts do not apply to every model or setting.
What if a generation fails or remains pending?
Confirmed failed tasks release reserved credits. For processing or review states, check My creations before resubmitting and provide the task ID when contacting support. Credit returns and top-up refunds are separate; top-up refunds follow the Terms.
Balance unchanged after payment?
Refresh the balance and check your order status before paying again. If credits are still missing, contact support with the order ID. Do not send card details or verification codes.
